Sustainability

We believe in a sustainable approach to our window cleaning service which is why we use Reverse Osmosis and distilled water, This method purifies water when cleaning windows with a water fed pole. Reverse Osmosis( RO)  and Deionization Resin (DI) is considered a “three-stage” system. Firstly, the water goes through a carbon filter to remove the chlorine. Next, it hits the RO membrane, which removes 95% of the remaining contaminants, and then the DI resin canister removes the rest.

The final result of this in-depth washing is a super smooth state of your windows. It takes significantly longer for contaminates to start building up again on them, which guarantees you’ll enjoy the long-lasting sparkling effect.

Conservatory roof cleaning

A conservatory is a wonderful addition to any house, but how do you maintain it and keep it clean?

As part of your regular window cleaning, Cooper’s Property Care will clean your conservatory windows. The cost of cleaning the windows and doors will be included in your regular window cleaning fee.  The conservatory roof, on the other hand, is a distinct service because it is not cleaned on a regular basis and is charged according to the size of the home. Cleaning of the conservatory roof’s finial frames, panels, facia boards and gutters is included in the price.

We can clean conservatory roofs of any size or form using our water fed pole equipment. All parts of the roof including facias and gutters are cleaned with UPVC cleaning detergent as well as the windows and doors, then it’s rinsed with polished purified water, resulting in a streak-free, long-lasting finish.
